D&#8217;ACQUISTO\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><br \/><strong>IL SINDACO<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Premesso che con nota del 14.10.2025 Prot. 26765 la E-Distribuzione ha comunicato che in data 17.10.2025 ci sar\u00e0 l\u2019interruzione dell\u2019energia elettrica a partire dalle ore 15.00 in varie zone del territorio del Comune di Artena, tra cui Via Tuscolana;<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Ritenuto opportuno, pertanto, disporre l\u2019interruzione dei servizi scolastici nella scuola S. D\u2019Acquisto ,<br \/>dalle ore 15.00 in quanto l\u2019assenza di energia elettrica pu\u00f2 compromettere la corretta funzionalit\u00e0 della struttura scolastica;<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Sentito il Dirigente Scolastico dell\u2019Istituto Comprensivo Artena;<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Visto il D. Lgs. 267\/2000;<\/li>\r\n<li style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ORDINA<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"text-align: center;\"><br \/><strong>La sospensione delle attivit\u00e0 didattiche della Scuola S.
